On the first day, you will receive a link with access to a page that contains all the details from the challenge (full body program, nutrition guide, check-in guidelines, etc.). You will also receive an exclusive e-mail address that you will use for weekly check-ins and communication.
At the end of the 6 weeks, you will send in your final transformation picture. There are two prizes. The best transformation will win a $200 prize. The choice for best transformation will be based on individual accomplishments that include both physical and personal developments.
GYM VERSION: Access to a fully equipped gym is required.
HOME VERSION: You will require dumbbells 8lbs & 15 lbs, skipping rope, a yoga matt and a stability ball.
After enrolling, I will e-mail you within 24-48 hours and we will go over you choice of gym or home versions of the challenge.
